By placing an order on Rustfield wear, you agree to the terms below. We recommend checking these carefully before checkout:

  • Type of item: Custom or No Custom.
  • Size & color – Custom items cannot be returned for sizing issues.
  • Your shipping address and contact information.
  • Our return window is 7 days from your order date.
  • If you need help with sizing, please contact us before ordering.

Return & Exchange Window

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation). Requests submitted after 7 days cannot be accepted.

General Eligibility ✅

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, unworn.
  • Original tags/labels and packaging must be included.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if items do not meet these requirements.
A. CUSTOM ITEMS POLICY

Custom = personalized items (name, number, custom design)

Custom Items – Final Sale

Because Custom items are made specifically for you, they are final sale. We cannot accept returns or refunds for personal reasons, including:

  • Ordering the wrong size.
  • Change of mind or preference.
  • Not liking the design after delivery.
  • Typos or incorrect information (spelling / name / number) entered by the customer at checkout.

We’ll Fix It If We Made the Mistake

You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:

  • The item arrives with a manufacturing defect.
  • We applied the wrong customization.
  • The item was damaged in transit.

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos/video so our team can assist you quickly.

B. NO CUSTOM ITEMS POLICY

No Custom = standard, non-personalized items

Returns & Exchanges Allowed

Within the 7-day window, you may request:

  • Size exchange.
  • Style exchange.
  • Return for refund (if general conditions are met).

Restocking Fee

All No Custom returns/exchanges for personal reasons are subject to a $7.99 restocking fee per item to cover inspection, handling, and repacking.

Refund Amount = Total Item Price – $7.99 per item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the Problem Is Our Fault

  • Wrong item sent, defective item, or damage during transit.
  • We will replace it for free or issue a 100% refund.
  • We cover the return shipping in these cases.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 3–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear.

Important Notes

  • Only one return/exchange request per order — please submit all items together.
  • Items returned in unacceptable condition may be refused or refunded partially.
  • Sale items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
