Important notes

  • Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Processing & shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, carrier delays or peak-season volume.
  • Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days after your parcel ships — it’s normal if it doesn’t move right away.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

1) Processing time

Processing time is the period we need to prepare, print, quality-check, pack and hand your order over to the carrier.

Normal products 1–3 business days
All-over-print products 3–5 business days

2) Shipping time

Shipping time starts after processing is complete.

United States (US)

Economy – $3.99 6–9 business days
Standard – $7.99 4–7 business days

Rustfield (MX)

Standard – $7.99 8–15 business days

Processing time is the same for all countries.

From the 2nd item, an additional $1.99 per item is added (Economy shipping) until you reach the free-shipping threshold.

3) Total delivery time

Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time

Examples

  • ✅ Normal product → US (Standard)
    Processing 1–3 days + Shipping 4–7 days → 5–10 business days.
  • ✅ All-over-print product → Rustfield (Standard)
    Processing 3–5 days + Shipping 8–15 days → 11–20 business days.

4) Tracking & delivery updates

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
  • Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking page to start showing movement after shipment.

5) Marked “Delivered” but you don’t have it yet?

Carriers sometimes scan parcels as delivered a little early or leave them in a safe place. Please check:

  • Your mailbox, front desk or building reception.
  • With neighbors, household members or around your door / entrance area.
