Example (All-Over-Print product with Economy shipping):

Processing Time: 5-8 days + Shipping Time: 5-8 days = Total: 10-16 business days.

We will send you an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number so you can check its status.

1) Processing Time:

Processing time is the period required for us to prepare, package, and dispatch your order.

For Normal Products: 1-3 business days.

For All-Over-Print Products: 4-6 business days.

2) Shipping Time
Shipping time is the period for the carrier to deliver your order to your address after it has been processed. This timeframe applies to all of our products.

a) Economy ($5.99): Delivered in 6-8 business days.

b) Standard ($9.99): Delivered in 4-6 business days.

c) Priority ($12.99): Delivered in 2-4 business days.

We offer a flexible 60-day return and exchange policy from your order date, under the following conditions:

Exchanges

• Return the original item to request a new size or color.
• Restocking fee: $7.99 per item (covers return shipping & handling).
• New shipping fee: $5.99 for the first item + $2.99 for each additional item.
  

Returns for Refund

• Refunds are processed after inspection at our warehouse.
• Standard Orders: Refund = Item Price − $7.99 restocking fee per item (shipping not refundable).
• Free Shipping Orders: Refund = Item Price − $7.99 restocking fee per item − shipping recovery fee ($5.99 first item + $2.99 each additional item).
