The finished item is inspected and packaged before it is handed to the delivery carrier.

Tracked Delivery

Tracking is issued after dispatch. Carrier information may require 24–72 hours before displaying the first scan.

Processing and shipping estimates use business days. Weekends and public holidays are not normally counted.

  • Day 0 is the order-confirmation date.
  • Production begins after payment and order details are accepted.
  • Orders placed late in the day may begin processing the next business day.

Separate Packages

Products may be produced at different facilities. An order containing different product types may arrive in more than one package with separate tracking numbers.

  • Packages may arrive on different dates.
  • Each shipment follows the timeline of the products inside it.
  • No additional action is needed when separate tracking is issued.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Delivery Dates Are Estimates

Delays may occur because of production volume, peak seasons, severe weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our direct control. Ordering early is recommended for holidays and time-sensitive occasions.

Is processing time included in shipping time?

No. Processing is the time required to print, prepare and inspect your product. Shipping time begins only after the package is dispatched to the carrier.

How do I know whether my product is 2D or 3D?

Check the product title, description or shipping information displayed on the product page. When an order contains both product types, each item follows its own processing timeline.

Why did I receive more than one tracking number?

Items from one order may be produced and shipped separately. Each package receives its own tracking number and may arrive on a different date.

What should I do if tracking says delivered but I cannot find the package?

Check your mailbox, porch and other safe locations, ask household members or neighbors, and review any delivery photo. Then contact the carrier. If the package remains missing, email our support team with your order and tracking numbers.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us immediately. We will try to help, but an address change cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment has begun.
