Most Rustfield Wear products are made after your order is placed. Processing and delivery times vary depending on whether your item is a 2D product or a more complex 3D product.

Understanding Your Timeline

Processing Time Is Different from Shipping Time

Because most of our products are made to order, your item must first be prepared and produced before it is handed to the shipping carrier.

Your estimated delivery time is calculated by combining the production period with the carrier’s estimated transportation period.

The time required to confirm, produce, inspect and prepare your product for shipment.
Shipping
The time between carrier pickup and delivery to the address entered during checkout.

Processing time plus shipping time, starting after payment and order information are successfully confirmed.

Tracking details become available after your package is accepted by the shipping carrier.

  • A shipment confirmation email is sent when tracking becomes available.
  • Tracking may require 24–72 hours to show its first carrier update.
  • Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email.
  • Use the same email address entered during checkout when contacting support.
  • Carrier scans and estimated arrival dates may update while the package is in transit.
Delivery estimates begin after production is completed. A product being ordered does not mean that it has already entered carrier transit.

  • Packages containing multiple product types or products produced at different facilities.
Orders containing both 2D and 3D products may arrive in separate packages. When items ship together, the order may follow the longer production timeline.

How do I know whether my product is 2D or 3D? +
Review the product title, description and production information shown on the product page. Standard printed items generally follow the 2D timeline, while all-over-print and more complex styles generally follow the 3D timeline.
Are processing days and shipping days the same? +
No. Processing is the period used to produce and prepare your order. Shipping begins only after the package is handed to the carrier.
Why does my tracking number not show movement yet? +
A tracking number may be created before the carrier completes its first physical scan. Please allow approximately 24–72 hours for the first update to appear.
Will all items in my order arrive together? +
Not always. Items may be produced at different facilities or require different production methods. When that happens, they may be shipped in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Are the displayed delivery dates guaranteed? +
Delivery dates are estimates based on the configured production and carrier transit windows. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, address issues and other external events may affect the final date.
